HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT?

The timeline varies depending on the project. If you have a deadline in mind, include that in your inquiry, and I’ll tell you if it works well with my current available project schedule. If I agree to take on your project, I guarantee that you’ll have your copy within the agreed time frame.

WHY DO YOU PRICE YOUR  DESIGN FEES AT A FLAT RATE?

My fees are based upon the value of the work needed to fulfill the project. This includes research, discussions with client and other information sources, data review, meetings, copywriting, on-page SEO (search engine optimization), stock photography, design layout, revision and incidental expenses.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

YES. I require clients to pay 50% of the estimated project costs upfront via the PayPal online portal . This ensures that I am not working on a project in vain and covers my valuable time as a professional. I require this payment before starting on your project. I focus on providing outstanding value, unique ad copy, premiere graphics, and overall a top level experience for each project.

CAN WE REVISE YOUR COPY?

Once the final project is submitted, you have absolute freedom to make any revisions. I fully commit to do a thorough job on the front-end of a project to your satisfaction. The fact is that the first draft is never perfect to any client. Thus, revisions sometimes are normal and all of my copywriting projects include up to 2 rounds of revision at no extra charge, provided they are within the original agreement and assigned within 14 days of your receipt of the first draft. Inform me of the changes and I will make those changes in a reasonable time.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I am a Tennessee-based Brand Consultant, Graphic Designer, Marketing Strategist, and Copywriter. However, most of my clients are based elsewhere all over the USA. We communicate via email or by phone and send electronic versions of documents back and forth online. This means that my clients aren’t limited by physical location and choose to work with me because they feel I’m the best copywriter for them.

HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU?

Email messages ensure I have all your details and requirements in writing so I can refer to them often when working on your project. You will also have a reference point for notes I might have for you. I hold standard office hours in Central Standard Time and have my inbox open between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WRITING?

I’ve been writing copy professionally since about 2005 in some capacity. I’ve been published in many local newspapers and magazines, worked as a PR Specialist in several fields, and had the opportunity to work on some amazing campaigns.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PROJECT’S PROGRESS?

We will halt the project so that you can tell me exactly what you like and don’t like about the project. From there, I will make the necessary revisions. Often, it’s a simple matter of miscommunication, and once we re-agree on terms, we move forward to continue. If at that point, you still are dissatisfied with the project, I decide on a ‘kill fee’ for the completed portion of the project and we part ways. This leaves you with money in your pocket and a basis for another writer to work from.
